RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Style Loft offers a hassle free exchange and refund process.

Exchange/Refund Policy

  • We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 14-days from when your order was delivered to you! 
  • We cannot offer refunds/exchanges after the 14-days unfortunately
  • We do NOT cover shipping costs for refunds or exchanges
  • If you return an item the original shipping cost is NOT refunded

Once your return reaches our facility it may take 2-4 business days for your return to be processed. If your return passes inspection, then your refund/exchange will be issued.

If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request a refund will be issued.

    • We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.
  • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.

Return Standards

  • Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you - 
    • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
    • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
    • Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
    • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will NOT be accepted.

Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective we will meet our obligations to the consumer guarantees act.

 

All sale items are final, NO exchanges or refunds are permitted
